Definately XL - The jersey will not look good on you if it is too tight. The Jersey are made to be loose fitting and after serveral washes it will shrink and then it will not fit you at all. If your gonna spend good money on a authentic jersey I wouldn't want to have it hanging in a closet because it is too tight to wear....
I got 1 hanging in my closet right now.. It was my first one I bought and I didnt get an XL I'm 5'10 205 lbs. Do the math.

Have to try it on but always go with the larger size. Want the extra room to have a shirt on underneath, not very comfortable with just the jersey on.

I'm 6'0, 150 lbs and I wear a large...so obviously at least an XL would be best...you really should try one on first though, if you're ordering it online, just go to a sporting goods store and try on their jerseys to see what's best for you before ordering.

You'll probably want to but an extra but a large might barely fit.

Extra large! You'll be more comfortable. Don't forget your shirt may shrink after you wash it..
