Your first mistake was assigning the term 'undefined', the definition of a negative. Undefined is just that, undefined. It doesn't mean nothing or the opposite of nothing. You have taken an undefined term as a definition.

actually i dont think that this would work in space. 0 is simply things we dont understand ie. dark matter so i think 0 is more of the unknown than nothing. so it would be a little different. but i agree with the rest well actually past the first few sentences i no dont really get much......... though hey im just a junior in high school. nothing is the unknown because it cant be defined

In algebra x is not anything. It`s something definite, but not revealed to you till you solve the equation. 0 has no value. 0 square,0 cube and 0 to the power of zillion =0.You can`t divided something by a number whose square and cube are same. So somethimg divided by zero can not be a definite figure and so is infiite.

What IS is, and what IS NOT is not....this is a constant in the universe. Except when what IS NOT is in the process of becoming...then what IS may soon include what WAS NOT.
Channel your energy into productive thoughts and I will vote for you for Pres. Until then you are going to be seen as a flake. Study real problems and look for real solutions and the world will think you are the next Mother Teresa.

For starters, why would you be trying to analyze something against nothing. In order to come to a conclusion, you need to have something of a higher value than nothing to compare and analyze it to.

You're arbitrarily defining both X and Zero. You lack rigorous definitions for "anything" and "nothing". The opposite of "nothing" is actually "everything", not "anything".
And it would seem that you're trying to use mathematics in this case.
You can't do that; you cannot arbitrarily redefine numbers and variables and still have mathematical relationships hold.

It is as good as saying you can not analyse any thing if you are not.( if you are missing and not there to analyse). No good wasting time with such confusion. It helps none.
