Since fish have such small brains and short memories, my answer would be no. They probably are not conscious
that they are in a tank, in the first place.

I wonder that kinda often. It would suck to live in a glass box with a bunch of rocks and all you had to look forward to is getting fed.
Good thing fish technically aren't intelligent enough to get easily bored. Or intelligent enough to realize what being bored even is. haha.

Somehow, I think fish do get bored. However, I think if the surroundings of the fish tank is colorful and scenic enough, they won't mind.

First of all, there is no such thing as fishes.I believe you meant to write fish which is singular and plural. They have small brains and they were put on earth to do this, hence, why should they be as bored as I am by answering your question?

i wonder that too. but do animals have thoughts? we know they have emotions, but actual thoughts? i bet fish get bored. i love fish, but i feel bad when they are stuck in their fish bowls and they get bored.
