No, do not put any products down there that aren't meant for vaginal use, you will just make things worse. Try taking a bath with NO SOAP or any other products just luke warm water. Then dry off and make sure to wear cotton underpants. Do NOT wear a thong under any circumstances until this problem resolves. You likely have a yeast infection. You need some yeast infection medication like Monistat. Try to get to a drug store at your earliest possible convenience and call your doctor.

Try a warm bath and a warm wash cloth. I know it's easier said than done, but try to to scratch it, you will cause tearing and then possibly a new kind of infection. It sounds to me like a possible yeast infection. Don't put anything down there. Just try to hold off until the morning. Good luck

THE BEST THING TO USE IS PLAIN YOGURT THE ONE WITH ACTIVE CULTURES THIS IS EVEN GOOD FOR TEMP ITCH FROM YEAST INFECTIONS. AVEENO AND OTHER PRODUCTS LIKE IT STILL HAVE SOME INGRED. THAT CAN CAUSE IRRIATATION LIKE TALC, VIT.E, OF HEAVY METALS OR MINERALS WHICH WARM UP AND BECOME ACTIVE INCRED. SO PLAIN NON FAT YOGURT IS THE BEST IT WORKS EVERYTIME MAKE SURE IT HAS ACTIVE CULTURES. IF REALLY IN A PINCH USE A PINCH OF BAKING SODA YOU ARM IN HAMMER AND SOAK IN TUB FOR FEW MIN. WITH ABOUT 1/4 OF CUP IN WATER THIS STOP ITCH AND MAKE YOUR SKIN SMOOTH AT SAME TIME BUT IT TAKES A LITTLE LONGER. WELL I'M ITCHING TO GO AN ANSWER MY Q'S GOOD LUCK!

To prevent future itching eat natural yoghurt, and wear breathable undies. For your immediate issue take a luke warm bath(oatmeal added to it is optional), then dust clean undies with oatmeal or baking soda to prevent itch.
You can also use baby powder but make sure it's made out of cornstarch and it is not talcum. Talcum contains traces of asbestos.

Try a warm bath. You can throw some oatmeal (just plain old quick oats) into the water. Oats soothe itchy skin. That part of your body is too sensitive to risk putting a product on it that might irritate it more.

Try natural yoghurt, I've heard it's as good as shop bought lotions. Hope this helps.

if you have plain yogurt then put some on a washcloth and press it to your affected area. it will soothe and releive. I know this from personal experience and it really works.
