Your ? is intriguing, but too broad because there just too many of these categories in fiction. Because there were top 10's in literature, television, cinema, theater, computer games, and comics.
My Top 10:
1. Robbie, Speedy, Cutie, and others, from the stories in Isaac Asimov's I, Robot
2. Gnut, in Farewell to the Master by Harry Bates (1940) - (Later made into the classic 1954 SF film The Day the Earth Stood Still)
3. Arnold Schwarzenegger as the T-850 Model 101 T-1, Robert Patrick as the T-1000 Model Terminator in T-2, and Kristanna Loken as the T-X Terminator in T-3
4. B9 Robot in Lost In Space
5. The all-robot police force in THX 1138
6. C-3PO, R2-D2 in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope
7. ED-209 in RoboCop
8. David, the lead character, and many robots, including in Artificial Intelligence: AI
9. The entire Power Rangers cast of robots from all of the different spinoffs
10. Robotrix Futura in Metropolis, created by the famed Austrian director Fritz Lang. in 1927.

"Danger Will Robinson!"
The other I think of is the CYLONS in the original BAttlestar Galactica series, not the new one...

in no particular Order
C-3PO, R2-D2, T-800, T-1000, T-X, D.A.R.Y.L., DATA from TNG, Daleks, do 'Mechs count? Umm.... The doctor from voyagers a hologram so he don't count, But that Fighter from STEALTH was neat, and lastly I'd go for General Grievous from Star Wars III. Answer your question?
