Try talking and practicing it more and more every chance you get. You can try reading every sign you see that's in English. Since, i'm learning spanish i'm shocked at just how i'm able to understand stuff. And try watching SOME tv in English. That way you can get a hang of listening to it and understanding.

You didn't say if you are a native English speaker or if it's your written or spoken English you wish to improve?

If you are studying it as a foreign language - using it is by far the best way to improve your spoken English.

For written English - read, read, read. In the same way that we absorb bad habits from movies etc., we can also absorb good habits. If you wish to improve for an examination then see if you can get hold of old exam papers to do - they can be a great help.

You could try communicating with people in English as best as you can.That way you just might be able to understand a little. Then all you need to do after that is practice.It doesn't take long at all.

take english tutorials or english classes, read a lot of english books, and watch tv shows, or tv movies. i think that would help. and practice, practice, practice. always talk in english

try talking to people and ask them to help you understand what words you are saying are wrong...try reading out loud...and relax it takes time to learn new things, and i am sure if i tried to learn your language i would have trouble also....just work on a little at a time and you will be good.....
