Juan Marichal: "Mar" like the first syllable of "Mary", then a soft i, then "shell" like "sea shell"

and

Bert Blyleven: "Bly" with a hard i, "lev" like the first syllable of "level", and "en" like "engage"

Marichal - "Mar-e-shell"

Blyleven - "Bly, like in Fly - leven, like in the number 11 (eleven), just leave of the "e".
