the white stuff that u line ur bathtub with and stuff with ....i just moved into a new apt, and its in need of replacing, any suggestions on how to remove it?

go to home depot plumbing section, there is a tool just for that. Its like a razor knife, but the blade is angled to get into the tile and strip it all out. Re caulk with silicone.

If you rent and it needs replacing have the landlord do it.

If you can't arrange that, it can be a real pain. Use a utility knife/razor blade to careful cut away as much caulk as possible, then careful scrape the remaining caulk with butter knife or flathead screwdriver. Try not to scratch the tub surround, its hard, I scratch it everytime

i think your talking about a pure silicone caulking, it will come of with a razor knife , and a little elbow grease,
