SEC web site
Here is alink
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=&CIK=&type=&owner=only&count=40&action=getcurrent
That will get you all the most recent ownership filings on that filing date.

If you're looking for a specific company
http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html
check the "only" radio button under the ownership and type the compay name in the top field and search away.
Good Luck!
