Depends on where it is.

In general - no. You're stuck with what you sent.

Make sure that you do not email in haste, lest you repent in leisure. :)

It could be worse, I mean it's not like you sent it to every mainframe user id at Motorola...

Nope, not unless you are on an internal email system that has such a thing built in. Most emails that go from one network to another network don't do this

No - obviously you cannot access the contents of an email in any way until your computer retrieves those contents from an IMAP or POP3 server - which is what "receiving" means....
