I don't remember who else was in it but I remember Dana Carvey and Dennis Miller for sure. It was an all male cast and they were naked but a wall was covering them so as to not show any "parts".
They were at a beach resort and they said the word "penis" a whole bunch of times. It was, "Hey, so-and-so, how's your p----?"
"Pretty nice p----!" They even sang a "penis" song!
Is it true that that sketch will never be shown again? I saw it when it was on originally and it was down-right hysterical! but I've never seen it on any re-run!

I mean, it's not a bad word and they kept it totally non-sexual, so what would be the problem? On SNL retrospectives they might talk about that sketch but they won't show a clip. What gives?

Do you know who was hosting that night?

Matthew Broderick was hosting, Conan O'Brien wrote that sketch.

This website says it was the most controversial sketch ever, and NBC was flooded with complants. But I'm not sure if it will ever be re-aired.

That was a great sketch! Matthew Broderick hosted that night and was part of the sketch. I'm not sure that it will 'never be aired again' but I would not be surprised. I did see this sketch in a DVD release; so it is still out there...just probably not on public TV in the United States.

Here is the transcript (after the link):

It will probably never be replayed on network tv because there were so many complaints. Matthew Broderick was the host. There is a dress rehearsal of it with Tom Hanks on his SNL dvd but that one never made it on the air. I haven't seen the version that was actually aired anywhere.
