Yes it is possible.Because when you are sad or upset and you feel like crying you can cry on the inside.When you don't want people to see you.I cry on the inside alot when im around people when im sad only.But when im alone in my room I just cry.

I cry inside all the time. Ever heard of the phrase, "the face behind the smile?" It is a waitress thing. But yeah, I think people cry inside all the time. About something or other. A picture reminding them of a lost loved one. I remember a song phrase, "you just turn your pretty head and walk away." You can take that different ways. Stiff upper lip and just let go and go on.
Sadness, what a trip! People show it in so many different ways. And nobody can every guess they're really hurting. Anger, laughing, or just a serene quietness. I always wondered why, possibly because it's because so any people that have friends, have friends, that really don't want to listen to their problems so they hold everything inside. I cry inside. But, it's made me stronger. But that's just me. I think everybody cries inside about something. Even if it was a lost pet as a child. But, this is just how I feel about what you asked. Your question was awesome. It really made me think. And realize, I still am crying inside about things here and there. And also that it, to me, is perfectly normal.

yes it is my dear there are things , that sometimes we think we cant share, and that we think no one will believe, they are there and there are people out there that will be there when you want to cry on the outside as well.
