my bff's parents are going to split up and before summer she is going to move and im scared cuz we have been friends since we were 4 and we are 14 and if i lose her i lost like all of my child hood and im scared cuz she is moving to the other side of the contry and im freaking out. I have other friends but i will feel alone. with no1 to tell everything 2. my question is how do i deal with this.

Talk with her on the phone and on yahoo and send pictures back and forth .. keep up with each other as best you can. Maybe you can visit each other over vacations. Good Luck ! :)

Ask your parents for one of the many phone plans that allow you to talk for ever at 2cents per minute. then you can keep in touch may be not in person, but better than nothing. You can ask for the phone time for a gift, or promise to do a special chore to repay it that way you will treasure your time with your friend even more

well... i move around alot too... i think that it would be best to call each other sometime or chat with each other. tell her everything you would normally say... talk about the most boring things like school or about cute guys... get her to send you pictures and try to get your parents to let you go visit her during school holidays... send her a present on her birthday... it really shows that you are still going to be her best friend no matter how far apart you guys are

the same had happend to me but not cuz divorce with my friend i had to leave about 20 of my friends cuz i went to another school this year. i went to c.p.m.a middle school but now im at pershing middle school i really miss them but it was goin to happen at any time now im 12 but i still miss them. you will see her agian

you can talk on the phone, write letters, email, and chat. if you have other friends then they will help you and someone will step up to be your best friend. it's tough but you'll make it through it.
