Here is a helpful hint. Go out and buy Silver/black/blue whatever colors you love IN EYELINER liquid or stick it doesnt matter....and apply it like that. Not only will it wear better long term but its less messy and its MUCH easier to apply plus it looks way sexier.

Oh, that's effortless, have the silver and the black and save on with the darkest colour on precise of ur eye lid (black) and fade it out right into a silver colour because it is going above ur eye lid (that's whilst u positioned the silver on on). Do the comparable for the different eye. that's effortless, positioned black first then the silver. some random innovations

If you use the lighter colors as a base, then the dark colors go on over it more evenly!
(go on a Marykay Cosmetic website, it shows you how to apply diff shades of shadow, its really cool!

invest in some nice cosmetic brushes, like Revlon's Beauty Shapers and it will make all the difference in the world. Also try applying in light layers, its easier to match the deepness of the color when you darken the color gradually

try putting on you eyeshadow in front of the window, the light will tell you if your eye make-up is on evenly, also put the shadow in the crease of your lids.. start with a lighter color for the entire lid and in the crease that's where you add the blacks or greys..
