On the CD of "Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge" by My Chemical Romance there is a cartoon of Jesus on a cross. Why? Are they making fun of Jesus? Are they portraying themselves to be as Jesus? Is it blastphamous? I need to know cause I'm a Christian and I just bought this CD.

Im not a Christian but I don't think i need to be to get the drift. Yes they are blastphamous. It's a publicity stunt and that is blasphemy. Ditch them.

I have never heard this particular song but the title sounds like they hate God for some particular reason and want some sort of revenge. catch my drift? i also am a christian but i choose not to listen to them dont no why
