Because sometimes it is so fun to be naughty.

In legal terms, "right" and entitlement are very similar terms. And just because things are not ethical does not make them illegal or even immoral. As a friend used to say, "The person who holds the pencil makes all the rules." If that is you then you are right and if that is not you then you are something else.

if you consider it "wrong"
then, you're not going to think you have a "right" to do it
go ahead and do the "wrong" thing
just, don't try to justify it to yourself
by calling it "right"
--however,
if it's something that some other person (or society)
considers "wrong"
and you don't think that way
i.e. you think it's "right"
then call it as you see it
and do it!
be straight with yourself, at least
--you're the only one you're ever going to be able to rely on, to always be straight with you
i.e. if you cheat at your own game...
you might as well
get off the field

Yeah, if someone does something that pisses me off, I feel like I have the right to retaliate.
Also, if other people are doing something "wrong" like underage smoking or drinking, then I figure I can too (I haven't).
