the only way to prove urself at work is ur way of working there...ur perfection..& do always talk to ur boss bout their thoughts on the work u done..so it wouldnt be like someone's taking up ur credits..& politics r just common at work..u gotta act wisely rather then taking people personaly....so if boss is being partial to Mr.X & Mr.Y...chk wat makes her like them..is it work or their looks..or just that they pamper her that she enjoys,it could be..for sure
well try use stratigies..to show calliber & work towards enhancing ur knowledge...be on guard with those people that she partial too..cause if u aint up good with thm they sure can malign ur image with her..so keep in touch with the boss..& dont pick things which aent ur concern...work productively & sure down the line ur efficiency will be noticed...theres alway bosses over the boss..so try keep a tab..without being pest...or else u could always shift to another company but the Q is how long will u keep shiftin..its same everywhere..in a way...so keep ur stand clear..& let the boss know when u need ur credits...be professional..a friendly nature sure works good too..be armed with a smile no matter wat...ur grace will pay sooner or later

& wats that group u mentioning up in the Q...
anyways u know Mr.y is dedicated to his work & does it well..& so is liked.. & well so can u...
all the best

If I understand you (and you don't make it easy), then Mr Y needs to take it up with Boss's supervisor or HR.

Why is this "For All Female"?

The sex of each participant is irrelevant. If Y isn't getting recognition for Best Scores, then it's something to take up with a relevant person in the company.

And how is this a question about Yahoo Answers?

Maybe remove this quesiton, type it so it's clear what you're talking about, and put it in a more appropriate category.
