I have a friend visiting me from Denver and he likes to go to a Mediterranean restaurant and preferably a Lebanese restaurant. Any recommendations?

Not sure if they are Lebanese, but Yumma's on Irving and 8th is really good for a casual experience. Family owned and they are super nice. Great Falafel deluxe!!!

Cafe Mediteranee in Oakland on College Ave.
Jim's Coffee Shop in Alameda (on Lincoln Ave @ Park St)
has wonderful Greek food.
