If you want to save the photos to your computer from your email account, in your message with the photo attached you can right click on the image and go down to save as.... then all you have to do is find a directory for your picture to be saved eg. my pictures.

My photos are automatically saved i really do not know how i did not fix it that way. I have a yahoo account and one day i realized that i have a folder that says my photos and any photo thats sent to me once i view it is saved in this folder. I think that is way cool! Maybe you should try getting a yahoo account its free.

If you are asking about photos that you receive from others, as e-mail attachments, all you have to do is to simply click on each one of them :
You'll get a panel, in which the icon of a floppy will be the first. Click on it, and your 'My Pictures' panel will be displayed, with the ID of the selected photo in the selection slot. Now, click on Save - and the photo will be saved in your Computer. You are also provided the option to store them in your Yahoo! Photos e-account [which is free for every Yahoo! e-mail ID holder].
If you are asking about uploading your photos and storing them in your Yahoo! e-mail account, you will first have to go to Yahoo! Photos.
On signing in and entering, your 'My Photos' page will be first displayed - with an 'Add Photos' button. Click on it, and an Album page will open. Give a name to your album, and then click on 'Continue'.
Another page with several slots will open up - each with a separate browse option : Click on each 'Browse' - and go to where you have stored your photos in your PC, and select one photo for each slot. When you have finished uploading all that you want, finally click on 'Add Now'.
All the selected pics will now be stored online - right in your own e-mail account. And you can retrieve them whenever and wherever needed, from any Internet connection anywhere in the world.
