my parents don't want me to trick-o-treat since i live in one of the dangerous neighborhoods so i decided to celebrate it at skool. i have white spray that i will use to streak my black hair. i plan to use eyeliner to make swirls coming out of the corners of both my eyes and a dark red lipgloss...i wanna wear black and white only so what can i wear that's affordable and can wear again? and what should i do with my hair? i have a chubby face and shoulder length layered hair? oh and i'm really bad at doing hair so make it a simple do please???!!

what exactly are you trying to be again? Hey, why don't you just get your parents or your freinds parents to drive you and a friend to a different neighborhood...then you dont have to worry about danger-and you get a load of chocolate and sweets!!!lol ANYWHO..about the clothes...you could be a fallen angel and wear like a kinda torn up skirt thats black..those i think are very cool costume or no costume. They can be bought cheap. Then wear a black and white..or black..or white top with it. Oh and get some of those inexpensive black angel wings. There your all set to go. And you could throw in some accesories that you already own or somethin. HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Put curlers in then after you have taken the curlers out back comb you hair so you have big hair! Put some white powder on your face before you draw near your eyes. Use grey eye shadow under your eyes and on your cheek bones. This will make you look like a corpse.

for your hair you could curl it out a lot so it matches the swirles on eyes...if you have a black skirt and fishnets or pants you could wear that with like a black and white striped shirt and black boots...Happy Halloween!!

try a black hoody with a white beater, and black pants, if you use glue you could spike your hair, something like elmer's glue all. don't worry it washes out

don't have to dress up.. people will give you candy anyways.
your parents should buy you mace or one of those tazers that can make a 300 pound guy piss himself if they are worried.

why not go to a thrift store and pick up a cheap used wedding dress...if they have the veil, then buy it too, and that way you wouldnt have to do your hair.
