Oh sure. Of course, the same thing can happen when I get in a car and drive on the a beautiful day with great music on the radio, or when my kid does something charming and funny. Sometimes the right food can turn my mood right around too.

Peace!

Yep I wake up in those moods. I breed & own German Shepherds...when I work with them there is this great feeling that replaces it. Animals have a way of doing that to us humans.

Of course pets are great. Also if you feel blah often try volunteering at an animal shelter.

this a true story, I had lost two of my three jobs and was in the process of losing my house. I fell into a deep depression for three months, all I did was sleep and little else, my dog Angel kicked all my blankets and pillows off my bed and was sitting in the middle with her tug of war toy waiting for me to return from the bathroom. That was the last day of my depression..........

by the way she is my avatar

My cat and I bond over a couple mugs of French Roast after a hard day of office politics or chasing birds out of the yard.

everyday. my dog is one of the few things that can actually make me genuinely happy. she loves me unconditionally, and to repay her for that, i will always love her back and treat her like a princess.
