I have to pay $2.50 every download, plus charges, and it's not always the tone I want. Is there a good website where you can get free ringtones without signing up to a plan? Thanks. Also, I have a Razr phone.

where you can make a ringtone of any song you want really easy and the first one is completely free. You dont have a credit card or anything. You dont need cables or bluetooth either. Its fun and really easy.

If you get the Motorola phone tools software you should be able to take an mp3 that you own and choose the part of the song you want to use for a ringtone (for example the first 5 seconds of "Hey Jude").
I have an older version and it works great for me. I think the software was $30 or so and it also lets you backup any phone information on your computer (calendar, pics, video, contacts, etc.)

I would check and make sure the newer versions have the same functions.

By the way I have a Razr also so it should work for you too.
