The light bleeding doesn't sound normal, I suggest you call the doc.

I understand your plight and desire to become pregnant. I too have been in the very same situation. From your email alone it sounds as though you are under a lot of stress. Stress alone can do amazingly terrible things to a woman's body. It may seem confusing that the same doctor can tell you two vastly different things. Keep in mind that the doctor should only be going by the evidence presented at the time. Yes, you certainly have some symptoms of being pregnant but if I were you I would not be hopeful. I believe that the stress you have put on yourself to become pregant has a lot to do with it. I am working on 20 days late myself right now and as of last week I was not pregnant (multiple hpt's). I too have put on on weight, breasts are sore, enlarged a bit, etc. I have learned though that there are times when our body can get confused because we want something so much that our body tries to fool us. Please don't think of me as a nutcase, this is all based on my own and other people's experiences as well as my own doctor's analysis. You are correct in being concerned that there may be something else going on with your body. A couple of years ago I discovered that I had a blood sugar problem which affected my periods (essentially made them non-existent for months at a time). There could be a variety of things going on. My first advice is to try to relax. Second, talk to your doctor again or switch doctors if you are becoming unsatisfied with your current provider. I wish you the best of luck and please try to relax. It can help a lot.

Gosh hon, it sounds like something that I know you do not want to hear. Sometimes when we are stressed about something of this caliber, it will make the symptoms appear also. The symptoms that you mentioned are all symptoms of pregnancy. I hate to the the bearer of this news, but that one time, could very well be the time. You can get a pregnancy test at Wal-Mart, Target or any drugstore and see what it says. If it is positive, you may want to do it one more time, and if the second one is positive, then you better be talking to your Mom hon! Try not be too scared. These things always work out. :-) xoxoxoxoxo

why in the world are you and a boyfriend trying to have a baby? You need to be a family first, then have a baby when you are established in life. A boyfriend has little legal commitment to you and your baby. Very few boyfriends pay support if the couple breaks up. Get mature before you get pregnant.
Please go to the doctor again for the concerns you wrote about. You may have been pregnant, but then the pregnancy did not progress, and is now gone. It is called a blighted ovum. I wish you good health and a happy fulfilled life with all the babies you want, but can care for well.

Go to a different doctor first of all. Second, all those things are normal, even the pain and a little bleeding, but it's scary, i know. go to a doctor and get tested again and tell him all these symptoms honey. good luck, and remember just take it easy don't stress about getting pregnant, it makes it harder

Here's how it works: First you get an education. Then you get married and save and plan for a child. A baby needs 2 parents in a committed relationship. They need food, clothes, furniture, a roof over their head and someone who can pay gas, electric and rent. They need to have health care and money for their education. In the first year alone, child care costs are over $6000. You better think about that before you foolishly punish a child you should not have.
