It's okay to experiment. Okay, so maybe not everyone is okay with the fact that you participated in this act with your best friend, and they might have some viewpoints that may condradict yours, but you are still trying to find yourself as a person. Don't feel guilty, and consider it thoroughly.
My best friend and I fooled around when we were younger, and she finally came out of the closest when she was 18. It took her a long time to come to terms with her sexuality, and I give you major kudos for being happy with the fact that you may be gay.
Don't make a decision like that at this point. Don't label yourself necessarily until you are for certain, on your own terms, that you are gay. Then, talk about it with your friend. If he is comfortable being gay, they all the better for you both. Enjoy it. If he isn't, then you may have sticky situation that we (Yahoo Answers) will answer at a later time.
Whatever you feel in your heart is the right road.

Dude, you are 14. You have not been out in the world to know if you are gay. Look, I know gay people always say, "I was born gay." or "I knew from the time I was 12...." But, I feel that once you are an adult, you will really know for sure. About everything. Perhaps you are just a horny teen. Or perhaps you are curious. Don't put the gay label on until you have lived a little. Had more life experience. Because once you publicly announce to friends and family that you are gay, there will be no going back. Good luck.

If you are indeed a 14 year old, dont talk about this with uptight folks in your life and remember you are just a young person expirmenting now, and it may be that you and or your friend may or may not turn out Gay by the time you grow up.
Just dont force the issue, and dont feel bad about it either. If it happens it happens, if it dont it dont...but always be honest with yourself and as time goes on, decide for yourself what is comfortable for you and dont cave in to what other demand you to be.

would suggest you read the following books to help you, they were written for young teens having the same questions you are having. Kissing Tennesse by Kathi Appelt, what Happened to Mr. Foster by Gary Barger, Diving For the Moon by Lee Bantle.

At your age it is normal to explore, experiment, and just over all have fun. If you aren't sure of your preferences right now then so what? You have plenty of time to figure it out later. Right now,
just live, love, and be happy. GOOD LUCK LITTLE FELLA!!!

Doesn't matter if you are or aren't. It just matters that you're safe. It's not uncommon at your age to explore sexual issues with your friends. However, for real answers to questions, talk to a parent, guardian, or trusted adult -- not random strangers on a message board.
