i got some book club card.. it said the details and all, but at the bottom it said BYOB. i was like wtfz BYOB?! what could this have meant? i cant believe they would mean 'bring your own booze'. maybe some other meaning?

When you attend the club meetings talk to them about it. Be frank yet polite. If they won't share their bottle with you, that just ain't right. I've never gone to a book club where they had bottles and wouldn't share them, so something is funny here.

I'll be honest. I saw the title of the question and wondered what the problem was. Bring your own book does seem more likely, though. I'd like to join a boozing book club.
