Well if he is just a random guy or someone you don't know really well, say "I know u try hard to impress me, but please don't waste your energy on me" Or say "Too bad your are not my friend or else I would have considered you"
If he is your friend/ good friend, than the situation becomes complicated, and for that you need to sit down with him and talk to him. Say what you really like about him as a friend, but you don't like him or see him as you boy-friend. Don't break or lose the friendship over it though..

i think just tell him the truth. you should also give him the REAL reason why you dont like him anymore, they deserve it even if it hurts them. they have the right to know because if you guys leave on the wrong foot, maybe some drama is really goign to start because he might hate you at the end not knowing why you dont like him nd just spread rumors, and i dont think you would want that. so just be real, tell him.

I'm really sorry but I don't feel that way about you. I guess it depends on whether you don't care whether you really hurt them or not. It is possible to tell someone that you are not attracted to them without being mean.

Just tell them you don't like them they'll get upset but soon they'll get over it and he may stop hitting on you or something.Trust me I'm a guy and it happens allot.

depends on the situation.
if it's a prom/dance asking thing..just say that you were planning on going with friends, and don't really want a date this time.
for growing old together/boyfriend..just say that you don't want a relationship right now, and would just like to stay friends.

very simple if u u have relasionship with a boy don't ever tell him that u like him and later if u find out that u don't like him say to him that ur like my big brother.

"Im not interested " if you say anything besides that hes going to know your making up excuses and feel even more rejected. just say im not interested and you dont owe any explanation as to why.

im always nice to the guy that lyks me even though i dont lyk them back so wut i do is basically tell them straight up that i dont lyk them but that i want to stay friends with them and i make sure i stay friends with them.
