to answer that question, you should answer this question: which country want america soldiers come to their country to protect and become their police?
Do you have the ability to feel other's feelings, to put yourself in their situations? do you want a foreign troop come to your america to bomb, to kill both "cruel dictators" as well as innocent people include your family, then say: that's accidential kills?
Do you want that kind of accidential kills on your people?
your american ( i dont say all of american) proud of yourself because you can kill many people? what kind of proudness is that? do the concept of "moral" still exist in you?
And do you think that the US just suddently have such a kind-heart action - to go out of the US and protect non-US citizens? Don't you see everyday of discrimination of the rich to the poor, discrimination of races to other races, discrimination of countries to other countries. How come only the US become so kind to give their blood to protect other countries? I mean, have you ever without reason go out and die for a unknown person?
Your US only do whatever benefit you, other countries do what ever benefit them, notthing wrong with that. but don't say bullshit thing. I know you are bullshit everyone know you are bullshit and you know you are bullshit as well.

I would hardly call Bush a Police! We all know what is going on and its not mearly changing a culture or it politics! Their is only one way this country thinks and its all centred around money and humanitarian has nothing to do with it. If you only knew the real stories behind the greed initiated kind of behaviour going on.
