period going weird?

um period has been very weird
a kind of had a few spots of blood on wednesday very dark blood which stopped but now a just started my period a few mins ago and my period has gone a very pinky colour and also is very light (that doesnt happen 2 me usually my period is a very dark red colour and also is heavy even when a just begin my period) any reason why it would be doing this(being very light and pink)

av had my periods 6years and has always been dark and heavy
