Do not ask her out if you dont like her. She may have thought you were cute, but that dosnt mean she's interested. And it doesnt sound like you are either. You are shy, you dont really like her, and you want to be nice. Do youself and her a favor, dont ask her out.
Girls flirt all the time, and being asked out just because she took your picture on the last day of school is..Well, not a great thing to do. If you think she is really interested, try to get to know her better. And maybe you'll like her.

No. Do not ask her out if you do not like her. You could ask her to go do things with you as friends and maybe things might progess from there. Even if things do not work out, you still might end up with a good friend.

Don't do it to be nice. Do it because you want to. If your afraid she'll get obsessive, then don't. But it can't hurt if you want to go on a date and just have fun. Maybe you'll like her more than you think.
