You can't, she come to the conclusion on her own that she deserves better. No telling what that's going to take. Might be easier if she happened to meet someone better in the course of her normal daily activities. Hint, hint, set her up with someone better without her knowing. Not sure how close your are with her, but in general the more you make it obvious you don't like her bf, the more she'll want to stay with him because of you.

go on that tv show parental control then you can pick out a nice smart boy for her to date then have her choose it she wants the boy you chose 4 her or her loser bf

every time i had a boyfriend my parents hated, my dad would invite him over to watch a game, or to help him work on his harley... my mom took one of my boyfriends on a shopping spree. the excuse was always "just trying to get to know the boy better"
spend more time with my parents than with me? bye!
