how do i turn of the box that shows all my previous serches or how do i erase the hystory? its in internet exsplorer on the serch bar. im on win xp pro if it helps.

go to internet options, and find the tab that has "autocomplete" and clear/delete

click on the tools tab up top of the page, hit internet options then clear history. While you are there do the cookies and temp internet files as well.

Go to Tools in the top line of IE and click on it.

Go to Internet Options in the drop down menu that appears and click on it.

Go to Delete History the in the panel that appears now and click on it.

Click Apply and OK.

You're home free!

tools --> Internet Options

Select the 'General Tab'

Click clear History.

goto programs-> accessories ->system tools ->diskcleanup...then select the drive when you have installed Windows XP...press OK....Checkall the boxes... press OK .... This will clear clear the Internet history...

the simplest way is using your anti spyware. if you don't hae the clear all history on your search engine.
