All though not illegal my best guess is there's a 90% chance you will get kicked out. If they want to be mean they will call the police they will take your bong and possibly you to be tested for THC in the bowl even if it tests negative you won't get your bong back because its now a item in a drug locker. So if you do want to do this I would do 2 things 1 make sure you can pass a drug test and have nothing illegal on you. and 2 buy a cheap bong or borrow someones you don't like.

They might try but not sure they legally could. After all it's sold "for tobacco use only"

LMAO...I don't see how they could - as long as you tell them it's a "water carburated tobacco pipe", it shouldn't be a problem. Try it and let me know how it goes!!
