1) get a domain name
2) get a host
3) design/set up website (either by yourself or hire someone to do it)
I set mine up through network solutions, they seem very professional and have good services (hosting and domain registration). There are a ton of choices out there.

Get a website created for by http://www.jbtwebhosting.com JBT Web Hosting Services does all the foot work, you just tell'em want you want in a website and they'll do the rest. It is a nice service.

You can use mircosoft web desgin but if you are not sure what to do ...go to...angelfire.com...open(free) account and just follow what they tell you to do ....and you should have a web page and web site. or geocities at yahoo are also web pages.
