yes the world has gotten warmer - i am not convinced that we are the cause ( NATURE ! ) or that the change is long term ( on a global scale that could be a few thousand years lol )

No global cooling stories. Global warming can cause the cooling.
If the water from the polar ice caps and Greenland flows into the Atlantic Ocean, it could (or would, as some scientists believe) shut down the Gulf stream, which would being on another ice age.
Personally, I think it's a natural cyclical process and there's nothing we can do about it. What we don't know is when the next ice age will happen.

uhh its been more than one summer more like over the past decade. But also, if Human did not have all their cars and S*** that produced CO2 or did not cut down the whole rainforest, or burn coal like none other. you might have a valid argument. Early winter storms? I might have to look into that some more, but i'm pretty sure that storms are just an affect that global warming has on the enviroment.

People mix up weather and climate all the time. Weather is a local phenomenum with highly variable features. Climate is a global situation, we are in climate change for sure but how this affects the weather is anyones guess at the moment.

Scientific studies by the leading climate scientists around the world are agreeing more and more that UNNATURAL NONCYCLICAL global warming is occuring and that it is most likely due to human activities. Why do so many people refuse to believe that science but not other science. You can't pick and choose your reality. It's happening no matter what you tell yourself to make yourself feel better. But you know that anyway.
