I downloaded it on my computer, and when I clicked on the icon after it was downloaded, it said do you want to run this program. Isn't it supposed to ask if I want to run OR save it? also, after I click on Run, it doesn't do anything.

I right clicked on it and hit open, and nothing happened.
I'll try deleting it and installing it again, but I did that last night and it didn't help

yeah..hit run, then wait... If nothing happens try deleating it and reloading it.
That should do the trick.
You are going to love google earth. It is awesome

If you already downloaded it to your computer the only option will be to run.
You only get the run/or save option if you haven't downloaded it yet.
Try right clicking on the icon and selecting open.
