Take these Homeopathic Remedies regularly SULFUR 30, BRYONIA 30 and PHOSPHORUS 30 thrice a day for a week stop for a week and take them again for a week, repeat in the same sequence thrice. :-) I have not seen anything work better, being a Smoker and Homeopath myself, and totally without any side effects or complications.
Takcare and God Bless you !

I also agree with others who suggested you stop smoking. If you are serious about getting better you could try a product called NOCO, it's all natural and helps the respiratory system. You can't buy it in a store you have to order it through a distributer. You can go to the website and check it out. You'd want to take 4-8 capsules a day. They are food capsules, and not drugs/medicine, so you can take as many as you'd like depending on what you can afford. Here is the website http://www.eexcel.net/catalog.asp?Group=7
Hopefully this helps.

Well for one, getting off 20 times a day will do that. Also, are you under a lot of stress with school and such? I know sometimes the same thing happens to me when I'm extremely stressed with work or school.

If you are a smoker the best thing you can do is stop. The lungs recover amazingly fast once you quit.

Certainly there are. One is Trace Mineral. The other is Liquid Zeolite. But the best is Zeolite. To get more information on Zeolite, email me at bertolisw@yahoo.com.
