I didnt have tender breasts at all. I wasnt one of them that could tell because of their boobs hurting. I am 37 weeks pregnant now with my first baby and my boobs didnt start hurting until 3 days ago. I think its because Im ready for labor. I went up a whole cup size by week 19 as well, still no soreness. I did already have big boobs though, I went from a D to DD. However, my friend who is 1 week behind me has had it the whole time but she has smaller boobs, she went from an A cup to a full B cup. So I guess that may have something to do with it.

I only had sore breast for a week or two in the first trimester of my pregnancy. I don't have them anymore, I am 26 weeks pregnant now and the baby is just fine.

I don't think you should be too concerned I think that after the 1st trimester for some the tenderness lets up a little bit since the hormones are starting to calm down a bit.

You are normal -- not everyone has the same or ALL of the symptoms of pregnancy. I had breast tenderness right at the very beginning of my pregnancy, but it completely went away after just a few weeks. Consider yourself fortunate.
