Unfortunately, there are no programs for converting pix to HTML. HTML is text only.

HTML pics are just links to hosted pics. HTML is only code not image data. but yeah, I stongly reccomend Photobucket.com also. it givevs you the code even to put the pics on your site. I always use it for myspace. :-P
