My bestfreind's boyfreinds wanted me to do favours for him which i refused to do and he got mad at me ever since that and he goes tell other people that i'm disgusting and ugly which brings my selfsteem really low and i hate him so much i dont want my bestfriend going out with him but the problem is that she loves him what do i do?:( and you know what not to be conceited or anything but i know i'm a good looking girl.

She's your best friend, you should tell her how you feel..just once becaus if you tell her over and over she is going o feel like you are trying to hard to break them up. Then you will lose your friend. After you tell her your concerns once, let her live her life. If he isn't worth a wad of gum on the bottom of her shoe, she will certainbly see the light soon enough. It may hurt to see her with him, but suck it up, or dont be with them when they are together. I know she is your best friend, but maybe, when she is around him, you can hang out with someone else. Be straight up..and then do you. If you dwell to much on what your going on in your best friends life, and not enough on yours, you start to lose yourself. Dont let yourself go...be your bestfriend first and foremost. he's a loser..dont let him bring you down. Screw what he said..you know better, and hopefully your friend will too. Keep your head up, it will be alright. :)

Then try not to let him bother you. Most people probably know he's talking out of bitterness anyway. Leave you best friend alone. She will only resent you talking about her boyfriend. Don't do the favors for this guy though. He's a jerk. All this will eventually blow over.

Why allow you're self-esteem to be determined by a jerk? Hunh?
YOU know who you are. Raise your head and be proud of your accomplishments, and STOP worrying about what someone else is thinking.
99 9/10ths of the time they are NOT thinking about you at all! They, like you, are wrapped up in themselves, and worrying about what YOU are thinking about them.
So just quit it!

if you know you are not ugly then why are you letting someone lower your self esteem, laugh and keep stepping. he is just mad that you refused to be his flunky. let your best friend do his favors...she is his girlfriend after all right?
