Is it better to use Splenda rather than sugar?

Is it an artificial sweetner? It is made with real sugar. I know pregnant women can't have artifical sweetners.

Should be fine since splenda is a derivative of sugar. Double check with your doctor anyway, but I am sure they will tell you its ok.

I'm sure it's safe for pregnant women. If it wasn't I don't think they could sell it.
