Somebody reported this question the first time so of course, I had to ask it again.

It is not offensive at all.

Its a question. I'm not even giving my opinon. So whoever did it the first time, have some balls and at least say WHY.

He definitely was when he went to prison and joined the Nation of Islam.

Then he smoothed himself out and taught self-love without hatred of others.

It might be a good idea to read his autobiography, to see how it all unfolded. It was written by Alex Haley. The movie is just as good and follows pretty closely with the book. It was directed by Spike Lee.

Nah. Just a bit extreme. All people wanting some sort of freedom do anything to get it.

When he made his pilgrimage to Mecca, he saw a wide diversity in the Muslim world [ white, black, oriental ] which changed his extreme teachings to more of what Dr. M.L.K., Jr. had in mind.

THEN he got assassinated. What a shame.

Maybe in the beginning...but when he left the Nation of Islam, he realized it was wrong and became a real Muslim. The man was amazing and I admire all of his courage and hard work. May he RIP.

of course He was. but, He did begin to mellow out in later life.

Whoever says that He wasnt, was not around in the sixties.
