At least 5 times a day. Sometimes it's a reflex, usually it's apathy.

Come to think of it I don't remember the last time I said "I don't care". I guess because I do care about my job, people, all the usual stuff we face every day. Life is an adventure and we each can make a difference every day. What we need to say is "where can I help?" or "how can I best make a difference?"
Or even simpler, "how are you today?" I ask that often but I put the New York spin on it, "how ya doin'?" It makes people laugh (or at least smile) and they know I do care.

I find myself saying that pretty often. It's partially just a reflex, but mostly truth. I honestly don't care about most things. And I won't pretend to care just to save face.

For me it's a bit of a reflex, like "whatever" - but it usually takes a more negative tone, so...one of those things I've been working on, I suppose....

Probably more than I should I think it's just reflex or maybe indecisiveness.
