Lets face it, if anyone of these ballers were in Kobe's shoes besides being called a ballhog the Lakers wouldn't even make the playoffs!! IM I RIGHT?

I'm getting pretty tired of all these laker and Kobe haters hating on them I'm a laker fan and i get pretty tired of hearing everyone tell me how much the lakers suck... they don't suck Kobe is a great basketball player and great players aren't ball hogs just to let every laker hater know.... but don't worry dude when Kobe and the lakers win the championship this year all those haters will shut up because Kobe will show them what its all about!!! You are right and the reason why people hate on Kobe is because he's better then all the other ball hogs. And I know they will say that he ball hog more then the ones you listed. But look at this

V.C has J.Kidd and Richard Jefferson
Michael Redd has a lot of scorers
The only people who I think should ball hog or there team will lose is Kobe, Iverson, and LeBron
Who will do it for the Lakers, Lamar Odom, yeah right
and what about Philly, C-Webb, maybe 4 years ago
and LeBron, it's same thing as Kobe. who's going to run the show Larry Hughes, be real

And for the record Steve Nash is a ball hog. He has to ball 90% of the time.

Well, personally, most of the players you mentioned could learn how to share the ball a little more. And before you say that Kobe isn't a ball hog, you should remember when he was injured last year. His team did great without him, because they didn't have to worry about making sure Kobe got his 40+ points. And yes, they probably wouldn't have made the playoffs without him, but he could tone down a little on his own offense and try to make his teammates better like LeBron does.

First, you can't call Lebron James a ball hog, he's averaging almost a triple double, and he probably gives it up too much.
Michael Redd is a spot up shooter, he usually runs off screens so he's not a hog.
Only A.I. and Kobe are true hogs, cause they never give their team mates a chance.

O.k. Kobe had 4.5 assists which is true but let's examine the fact that he played with no pure shooters last season and the bulk of Jordans assists were kicking it out to pure shooters like Paxson, Armstrong, Kerr, and Kukoc. Yeah and it's funny if he's a ball hog then so is Nash. It could be said that Nash is hogging up the assist category and not letting anyone else control the ball or be creative.

I agree. And as a matter of fact some of the best playing I have seen Kobe do was last season. where he shared the ball,because he had team mates worth sharing it to. He has only gotten better. I completely agree with you

finally a Lakers fan, go Lakers! I don't think Kobe's a ball hog. He does what he needs to do.He' s just really good at what he does. And... I don't know about other people but I would rather watch some1 like Kobe shoot 24 shots than someone else shoot 24 shots

I'm a Lakers fan also, and do agree with you. He has to score a lot because of his supporting cast. He doesn't have the best teammates in the league and he has to put the team on his back. However, I am looking to see that he shares the ball more this upcoming season because his teammates are now more experienced and Radmonovic should help with their 3-pt shooting and stretching out the opponent's defense.

Lebron played 42 minutes, had 6.5 assists a game.
Carter Played 36 minutes and had 4.3 assists. (5 mins less a game)
Iverson, played 43 minutes, 7.5 assists.... NOT BAD
T_ MAC 37 minutes a game, 4.8 assists, (4 mins less then Kobe)
Redd, 39 min a game, 2.9 assists a game-----
WOW you GOT REDD RIGHT.
and all of these players had more steels, and blocks then Kobe. why, CAUSE KOBE DONT PLAY DEFENSE>
