PCT is a treaty regarding Patent registration that facilitate the applicant who would like to file the application in many courntries. I would like to know whether there are any study on the impact that may be occured to the inventor, patent agent and the Patent Office especially in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam.
