Pokemon emerald help!!!?

Question

How do I get to birth island???And where's the aqua hideout?? I need SPECIFIC directions. And where do I get a navel ticket?!!!!!@!!

PLEASE BE SPECIFIC!!!!! And if you know what are joyspots?

the aqua hideout is in Lilycove city,go to the pokemon center,go to the right where you go up you will see the lilycove department store,turn right and go straight ahead,see the gentleman there? talk to him and he will give u a berry, after that jump down over the ledges when you can see a small house and an old man standing outside,go down somemore until the stairs, then turn right,if you notice that aqua grunt,just go up and use surf and you should be able to spot the hideout


as for the birth island part, you have to go to a damn nintendo event or if you happen to live in the US, go to the new york pokemon center which i don't know where because i don't live there,but its best not to use a gameshark or action replay as it may corrupt your game, i can't get it because those stupid events only happen in the US and not around here where i live which i think is unfair

aqua hideout, is ez to find but i cant remember, the naval ticket is at the very end of the game, dont worry about that

birth island. you want to get deoxys? first, you need to beat the elite four.

next, you need to go to a nintendo event, or drive to rockerfeller, in New York.

the ONLY other way to do it is by cheating/breaking your game with something like gameshark
