i'm sick of all these tv shows just being slightly changed from one of the 'original' ones.

Never-reality TV is where it's at right now-let's take Survivor for instance, PLEASE! Who doesn't love that show? Take the new and upcoming Bachelor, (with the very handsome prince!) You didn't see when the girl was at the beach and passed out - and thought the prince was the waiter??? Come on, admit it - it's great TV! Grab a bag of popcorn, sit back, and enjoy the ride! You'll love it!

In a few more years. SitComs are on the way out. They are being replaced with intelligent dramas, and a new catagory "CIVIL SERVICE DRAMAS". Such as Cops, Correctional Officers, Government Agents, etc etc.
Reality shows will eventually go away because people will get bored with them.

I feel your pain....
My life is enough of a reality show without having to be subjected to survivor, et al.
I think reality TV has totally jumped the shark.... years ago.
Bring back Tom & Jerry, The Jetsons & Underdog!!!

None of them "has run its direction" consistent with se. each of them are greater probable to be integrated w/ yet another (probable to attraction to larger objective marketplace) i believe t.v. shows working completely interior ONE type has run its direction. Now, t.v. shows may be labeled as a mix of two or greater genres; Hybrids. some occasion...i'm optimistic you're able to think of of greater effectual ones. best Loser -- certainty, video games, drama huge Brother -- cleansing soap opera, certainty, video games, comedy The View -- certainty & information cleansing soap operas blur the lines between certainty and fiction whilst "genuine" human beings have cameo appearances. decide Judy/Divorce court docket, etc. -- certainty, drama

It seems to me that the genre has expanded even more, now we are bombarded with night time game shows! Its all about the almighty dollar. Whether winning it or selling advertising.
I'm gonna just read the paper.....
