Just tell it from the heart. If you ask someone on here and they tell you to do it a certain way it will come out like a line. Just tell her how you feel she will love it.

have you thought of taking her out to dinner (a place that shes wanted to go for awhile if possible) and maybe hand her a gift of some kind (something that means something to your relationship would be best) then tell her as she opens the gift
