YES! you can make it private, to where only you can see it! There's an option for everything, but the only way, I think, you cn take everything down is if you completely delete your account. There's some place where you can do that, but if you're like me, and only want one because oyu can have pictures as your avatar for Y!A, then yes, you can hide everything, nobody could find you, you just have to make it really private...
(ha, had to erase some of that stuff, cuz now I can) LOL!

Yahoo! 360 for particular. i do now no longer understand why all of a unexpected they are determining to modify each and every element. it truly is demanding. Yahoo! Profiles is larger like a social networking website than an casual verbal replace section. 360 is a lot more advantageous effective.

If you made one, there's no delete option.
You would have to delete your entire Y! email account [even if you deleted your Y! email acct. the page would still be up for about 90 days].
The alternative would be to empty all information from it, de-activating the Simple URL [so that anyone who knows your real Yahoo ID would be able to get to it directly], and/or keeping it private if you created one and no longer wanted it.

Each field (e.g. music, interests, blog) can be set to private, friends only or public.
and of course you can change and delete anything you like, including the page itself.

I'm not sure,because i don't have one.But i'd guess you'll be able to delete it,because i've had profile sites that i could delete in the past.And yeah i'm sure you can make it private also.Hope i helped.
