If our pets go to Heaven when they die, does that mean they can also go to hell? Are they judged also?

Do our pets really go to Heaven when they die? That would mean they are judged in order for that decision to be made. What if you have a "pet rock", where does it go?

only God knows if they go to heaven or not.
Be sure you are going there and then you know the answer when you get there. the bible says that in heaven we will have no more pain, heartache, etc. and God does give His children the desires of their hearts as it fall in line with His will...so who knows!!!
I sure hope they do!

Bob; How are you tonite. I'm sorry it took me so long to get around to answering your question. Just so you don't feel bad, I didn't get around to any one else's either It puzzles me how easily people get packed off to heaven or hell. . I need to tell you first off that the Bible does not actually speak of a place of hellfire, where individuals are tormented forever under the stoking fork of Satan the Devil. (The Lazarus in the bosom of Abraham story is a simple illustration that was intended to draw attention to the finagling of the Jewish religious leaders.) Nor does the Bible open up heavenly life for anyone who happens to die having lived a good life. Jesus had told his disciples that they had 'beside me in my trials.' Hence, the wrongdoer who died beside Jesus didn't qualify for the heavenly calling, according to that criterion, anyway. If you can find proof of either of these threat/promise/s in the scriptures, please forward them to my e-mail and I will for myself to eat a double lunch if I cannot give you an extremely simple explanation for them. I've been working on my thesis now for over forty years, and I would welcome your input. Fundamentalists/Evangelists do believe in the existence of these two entities, but sincere Bible readers long ago discovered that those teachings were a tool of Satan to ensnare people who couldn't be bothered to look past the end of their noses. As you know, he has been extremely successful. He's a master of disguise, having convinced most of mankind that he doesn't even exist. N'est-ce pas? Eugene.

There is a thing called INTEND. We all do things sometimes that could be considered BAD, without intending to do so. The things that will end you up in hell are the bad things you do INTENTIONALLY. Even then, there are those things called remorse, repentance and forgiveness, look into those, if you believe in all this.
No animal ever intends to be bad. They just do what comes naturally.

Animals are not judged because they have not been given moral capacity like humans. As to what happens to our pets after they die, I am convinced that they have a part in God's :New Heavens and New Earth" I have Scriptural support fr this which happens to be my favorite passage in the Bible. Allow me to quote:

18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not
worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us,
19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the
revealing of the sons of God,
20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope;
21 Because the creation itself will be delivered from the bondage of corruption, into the glorious liberty of the children of God,
22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.
(Romans 8: 18 - 22)

The SCOPE of Christ's redemptive work is bigger and grander than we imagine. The whole of the sub-human creation is included in God's plan of salvation.

No pet or animal goes to heaven or hell. Parents and other people tell kids( or anyone else) that pets go to heaven, so the kids will stop crying. Its all made up. People do go to heaven or Hell, it our choose to choose. All you have to do it believe God, And hell come in your heart, Unless you do that your going to HELL. So make the right choice, and choose GOD!

I know where cats go when they.....Die , a cat utopia of course !!!!!! It can also be for other animals too, but it is really very good, like heaven. The streets are paved with tank pebbles, for fish.
