Farrah Fawcett has been said to have "intestinal cancer". Wouldn't this be the same as colon cancer?

No your intestines are totally diff than your colon you can have cancer in any organ of your body!!! Now if it progresses it could spread into her colon, no doubt. I feel sorry for her she is aging horribly!!

Yes, the cancer is in the lower part of her colon.
